Oxidant cream is characterized by its easy to mix texture. It ensures brilliant color results and is a must for RefectoCil Blonde Brow.
Sufficient for about 150 applications.




Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth-20, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate

Mix 15-20 drops of creme oxidant with 2cm of tint - please read instructions
