To Use

Warm a small amount of balm into hands and massage into the body using deliberate, circular strokes. Pay attention to areas that need extra healing, such as elbows, hands, and feet. Allow a few minutes for the balm to absorb before getting dressed. Use as often as desired, ideally after a shower or bath.
